If you have a computer and want to share files and documents with others, there are different ways how you can do this. Depending upon your operating system, you can share several files with other users of the computer, or even with other people on the network.
To share files in your computer, follow these steps:
1. Determine what files you want to share.
If you have a single file to share in your computer, copy it by right clicking on the file itself and click on copy. This will put the file in the computer’s memory for future use.

There are numerous ways that documents can be saved. You can save your documents on a diskette, on your hard disk, on a USB flash drive or on CD’s. Saving your documents on these different devices and different mediums is pretty easy and can be done with very little trouble.

Emails are now as indispensable as mobile phones, especially if you are communicating with people from a location where mobile phone communication is unfeasible. Today just about everyone should have a private email account.
