remote computer repair
I am lost. I don't want to bring my PC to the shop for an XP problem. Do you guys know if there are online computer repair or remote computer service to fix your PC? I am short on budget right now but I really need my PC repaired. My PC keep rebooting. Also I think I have viruses as well.
Go to your start menu, click on All Programs, look through the menu to find Microsoft Update or Windows Update and click on one of those. Make sure you are online. Or go to Microsoft.com and see if you can get help there. You can also try system restore. Go to Start menu, click on Accessories, Click on System Tools, Click on System Restore. There you can reset your computer to a past time when your system wasn't acting up. Also, do a Disk Cleanup. You'll find that under Accessories. You can also do a Disk Defragment. In Explorer, you can click on Tools, Internet Options, Browsing History, and click on delete files, history and forms. Just a guess. Good luck.
